 All qualifying Shark Tools guaranteed to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for one year after delivery. The limited warranty applies only when the product is used for its intended purpose and under normal conditions. This warranty does not cover damaged caused by modification or repair by anyone other than Shark Corp company. Shark Corp reserves the right to replace discontinued devices with a device of equal value.
